This winning project is a model for any treasury on how to integrate a new acquisition, even in the most difficult of times. Acquisition supported by a lean treasury team and the need to take control of multiple entities across nine countries to consolidate into cash management structure posed considerable challenges. Strong project management approach coupled with stronger relationship on the bank’s cash management platform and global fund sweep facility helped the customer shift more than 125 bank accounts held with more than 40 different cash management banks to one primary provider.
