The Best Social Media Engagement Initiative in Thailand is awarded to KEPT by Krungsri

The winning bank launched a social media campaign to promote smart savings especially for new-to-bank customers. They collaborated with various social media influencers on Tik Tok, Facebook, Twitter, and Youtube to promote smart savings by sharing saving money for travel trips, bank-led promotions, goal savings, and how to manage salary. The bank also launched a new complementary goal-oriented savings account product. Customers may choose to start personal savings or collective savings with a loved one, family members or friends. As a result, the bank recorded around 80% new-to-bank customers. 

For providing new ways of communication in distribution of financial products and services that created trust, loyalty, responsiveness among new and existing customers,  The Best Social Media Engagement Initiative in Thailand is awarded to KEPT by Krungsri.
