The winning bank launched a social media campaign aimed at promoting the benefits and convenience of using digital banking in the Philippines. The two-week awareness campaign recorded more than 15 million views on Facebook and Instagram, and over 4.8 million on Youtube. The bank saw a 116% year-on-year increase in registered digital users, with more than 50% are digitally active users.

For launching a successful social media campaign that creates better leads generation and conversion,  the Best Social Media Engagement Initiative/Application is awarded to UnionBank of the Philippines.
