Best Payments Initiative - Kotak Mahindra Bank for “WhatsApp Bot Collections”

This winning initiative was built in partnership with a fintech to leverage the power of WhatsApp to drive a seamless collection journey within the chat application. Through a three-click payment experience, the bank is able to meet the needs of corporates offering subscription-based services or those that require recurring payment from end customers where collections need to be done on fixed frequency.
