Best Payments Bank in Thailand goes to Bangkok Bank

This bank has a market share of 35% of Thailand’s remittances and has built microservices such as QR merchant and consumer payments. Its mobile banking platform features increased by 70% to 120 features in 2022. It used blockchain and a wide range of digital channels, including Swift, application programming interface and mobile banking. 

The bank’s Worker Remittance Project initiative offers real-time payment over a wider network of remittance transfers in Southeast Asia. It was appointed as the bank for settlement of trade between Thailand and countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia.

For its achievements, the award for the Best Payments Bank in Thailand goes to Bangkok Bank.
