Best Omnichannel Implementation goes to TP Bank

The winning bank enhanced its digital engagement platform with mobile and web banking upgrade, integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay and hybrid cards, and optimized eKYC journey. It migrated microservices to a new container management system for scalability, implemented a new database with minimal downtime and integrated with key partners in BNPL and digital lending. These led to 40% growth in customers, 50% new customers acquisitions through eKYC, and three times faster time to market.  

For these significant achievements, the award for Best Omnichannel Implementation goes to TP Bank.
