The winning bank’s financing-banking features provides services such as bookings of vaccine, taxi, airline and railway tickets, as well as delivery service, schedule transfer, auto-billing and credit card maintenance. Partnered with over 2,000 service providers such as billers, telco and booking services, the bank also increased ecosystem beyond banking through the mobile app. By the end of 2021, the mobile app’s customer base has reached seven million, an increased by 53.6% compared to 2020. The number of transactions via iPay increased by 103.7 % while transaction value increased by 132.3% compared to 2020. Almost 90% of its customer registered on mobile app and 50% of the cards issued every month are online, saving significant costs by replacing SMS with soft token.
