Best Generative AI Implementation goes to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China

The winner developed Large Language Models and explored over 200 use cases across 20 functional areas, focusing on customer service, risk management and marketing. As a result, the winner has significantly enhanced the bank’s customer service efficiency by 18% and saved 200,000 hours in risk assessment and compliance annually.  

For the innovative AI integration and effective use cases of AI, the award of Best Generative AI Implementation goes to Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
