Best Digital-only Bank in the Philippines – CIMB Philippines

The winning bank strengthens its digital banking services to provide a seamless customer experience and improve financial inclusion initiatives in the country. The bank redefined its banking services as the COVID-19 pandemic reshaped consumer behaviours through its intuitive product and offerings. The bank managed to increase its deposit customer base by 90% year-on-year (YoY). It also recorded a gross transaction value growth of 323% YoY in the first nine months of 2021.

The bank attracted almost one million lending customers where more than 70% are first-time borrowers. The Best Digital-only Bank in the Philippines is CIMB Philippines.
