The winning bank introduced iCAMS, which enables customers to view propensity model-driven personalised deals and cross-sell offers via mobile app. It can  receive the same offers on Messenger and use geolocation for deals with ‘near me’ functions. It supports key projects such as current account, savings account (CASA) Outflow relation management (RM) trigger, which triggers daily leads to RMs and communications to customers upon detecting a significant drop in CASA balances. This will ensure the customer is re-engaged to reduce the further outflow of funds. The bank recorded 70% of total banking transactions are mobile transactions. Mobile transactions grew by more than 50% in 2021.
