Riddled with a longer receivables tenure to convert into payments and further into cash immediately, customers were also looking to keep in check its debt ratio whilst finding alternate sources of working capital. The bank’s account receivables purchase solution eliminates impact on company’s debt ratio and extended flexible payment term accommodates payment flow date for the customers.

Post implementation, the account receivables days on hand improved from 88 to 46 days which allows the company to generate cash in a more immediate basis. Given these achievements, the Best Balance Sheet Management in Indonesia goes to UOB Indonesia and Tower Bersama Group.
