The winning bank sped up digitisation of its cross-border cash management and collection services through the linkage of its corporate internet banking portal- iGTB with regional payment infrastructures such as Prompt Pay, RPP / Rentas / DuitNow and PesoNet to meet merchants’ collection and Request to Pay needs. Following the launch of this solution, the number of merchants using the bank’s FPS collection service increased by more than 60percent as compared to that in 2020. It has also taken the lead to address ESG needs to launch the first Green Deposit in Hong Kong.
