| Core responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: |

Initiate and conduct primary research to generate sales lead, identify potential clients and client’s needs; |

| Job Requirements: |

Degree in any discipline with a recognized institution in the Philippines; |
| • |
Possess at least 2 year of telesales experience to qualify for the executive positions and at least 5 years of telesales experience, of which 2 years in managerial position, to qualify for the team leader position; |

Prior telemarketing experience in the events, conference, training institutions or Business Process Outsourcing space will have an added advantage; |
| • |
Effective English communication skills and telephone etiquette; |
| • |
Results oriented and highly driven; |

Able to excel in a fast paced environment; |

A good listener; |
