It enhanced corporate onboarding with a dedicated mid-office function, launched a unified merchant management and expanded API connectivity via a developer portal. Its enterprise-grade payment platform now handles more than nine million transactions monthly, while strategic initiatives like real-time mandate settlements for clients in the non-bank finance companies and mutual funds improved liquidity cycles. The bank achieved a 20% increase in client mandates and a digitally active base exceeding 90%.
