It is built with cutting-edge technology on the new digital core banking platform, creating three innovative savings accounts called Kept account, Grow account, and Fun account to help customers manage their money and maintain financial discipline effortlessly and effectively.

Kept provides customers a practical tool to manage their money and save more effectively through the concept of one wallet ‘KEPT account’ and two savings jars system called Grow and Fun account available in one application. Its automated saving features help save while customer spend and help sweep money from low interest to higher interest everyday. Also, Kept is the only digital banking application in Thailand that offers a simple and seamless referral programme.

Customer Experience: Kept digitally onboarded more than 130,000 new customers with strong engagement 

Some 700,000 users downloaded the Kept app within a few months after its launch in July 2020. More than 130,000 new customers have been digitally onboarded with strong engagement. Kept enhanced Krungsri's brand image especially among millennials and boosted the number of new-to-bank customers successfully. 

Compared with other incumbents in the region such as China Construction Bank (China), Maybank (Malaysia) and ING Bank (Philippines), every feature in Kept was designed based on in-depth knowledge and insight to solve customers' pain points in money management and maintain financial discipline.
