Industrial and Commercial Bank of China has developed its own large language model specifically designed for the banking industry. The model is trained using financial data and regulatory requirements. It has been deployed across more than 20 business areas and 200 financial scenarios, and integrated into over 30 core systems, processing millions of calls annually. The model has reduced call duration, autonomously resolved 90% of customer inquiries, accelerated the investment reporting process, supported all frontline staff and thousands of developers, and achieved significant cost and labour savings.
