It brought in enhanced digital journey with AI based customer interaction utilising natural language processing and automated speech recognition and security with anti-phishing QR codes. Notable achievements included a 78% reduction in customer call waiting time, digital application completion rate over 99%, 64% auto-approval rate, and a notable increase in new loan volume. 

For these notable achievements the award for Best KYC & Customer Onboarding Technology Implementation goes to China Trust Business Bank (CTBC).
