The winning bank launched a transformative AI-driven initiative for personal loan services, integrating KYC processes with onboarding technology and fraud detection. It brought in enhanced digital journey with AI based customer interaction utilising natural language processing and automated speech recognition and security with anti-phishing QR codes. Notable achievements included a 78% reduction in customer call waiting time, digital application completion rate over 99%, 64% auto-approval rate, and a notable increase in new loan volume. 

For these notable achievements the award for Best KYC & Customer Onboarding Technology Implementation goes to China Trust Business Bank (CTBC).
