Nephos Group partners with Brinc to support tech and innovation founders across the GCC

Nephos Group, the UK-founded professional services firm specialising in digital asset accounting and advisory, has partnered with Brinc, the global venture accelerator, to provide compliance, structuring and tokenisation advisory services to tech and innovation founders across the GCC. The partnership will see Brinc's portfolio companies gain access to Nephos's professional-grade financial infrastructure as part of the accelerator's founder support programme.

The GCC has emerged as one of the fastest-growing regions for tech startups and innovation-led businesses, with governments across the Gulf investing heavily in digital infrastructure, venture capital ecosystems and regulatory frameworks designed to attract founders and scaling companies. As the region's startup ecosystem matures, founders face growing demand from investors, regulators and partners for robust compliance, transparent financial reporting and sound corporate structuring.

Under the partnership, Brinc's portfolio founders will be able to draw on Nephos's services across multiple areas, including cross-border tax planning, corporate structuring, banking introductions, visa support and tokenisation advisory. For founders building Web3, stablecoin or tokenised asset products, the partnership also provides access to Nephos's proof-of-reserve attestation capabilities at a time when regulatory scrutiny of digital asset reserves is intensifying across major jurisdictions.

The collaboration addresses a practical gap in the accelerator model. While programmes like Brinc's provide capital, mentorship and go-to-market support, high-growth founders in the GCC often struggle to access professional-grade compliance and structuring services from firms that understand the specific demands of technology businesses operating across borders. This is particularly acute for companies navigating the regulatory landscape of multiple GCC jurisdictions simultaneously.

As part of the ongoing partnership, Nephos and Brinc plan to deliver a series of workshops and sessions for portfolio founders covering compliance readiness, cross-border structuring, tokenisation frameworks and proof-of-reserve best practices.

Joe David, Founder and CEO of Nephos Group, said: "The GCC's tech ecosystem is scaling rapidly, and founders here need professional infrastructure that keeps pace. I relocated to the UAE myself and built both Nephos and Myna Accountants from that experience, so I understand the practical challenges founders face when establishing and growing businesses in this region. This partnership with Brinc means their portfolio companies, from Web3 ventures to broader tech and innovation businesses, can access compliance and structuring expertise from day one rather than having to piece it together later."

Nick Ramil, Chief Marketing Officer at Brinc, said:“At Brinc, our goal is to help founders build companies that can scale beyond borders. That requires more than capital and introductions. It requires the right infrastructure, trusted partners, and the ability to navigate complex markets without unnecessary friction. Nephos brings exactly that combination of technical expertise and founder-first thinking. Through this partnership, we’re giving our founders access to the financial, compliance, and structuring expertise they need to grow, while building a relationship that creates meaningful value for their businesses over the long term.”
