Hong Kong, 22 October 2026 — Crédit Agricole CIB has appointed Prateek Bajaj as Head of Energy & Infrastructure Group for Asia, effective 14 September. He replaces Romain Voisin, who has been named Global Head of Infrastructure, based in London. Based in Hong Kong, Prateek oversees structured financing activities spanning advisory and debt arranging services for clients in the power, infrastructure, resources and industry sectors across Asia. Aligned with the Bank’s strategy to advance energy transition finance and support the region’s move towards a low-carbon economy, he will focus on accompanying our clients’ sustainable finance ambitions across those sectors. He will also lead the Bank to expand across developing market segments and countries, further strengthening Crédit Agricole CIB's Energy & Real Assets platform in Asia. Prateek reports to Edouard O'Neill, Head of Energy & Real Assets for Asia Pacific and Chief Executive Officer for Hong Kong Branch, and to Jean-François Grandchamp des Raux, Global Head of Energy & Infrastructure Group. Prateek joined Crédit Agricole CIB in 2024 as Managing Director within the Energy & Infrastructure Group team for Asia. He began his career at Rabobank, where he spent 17 years across India and Hong Kong covering Asia in risk and project finance functions. Re-disseminated by The Asian Banker
