CIMB Singapore solidifies its footprint in the heart of the central business district with the launch of CIMB Bank Express, as it celebrates its first year anniversary at CIMB Plaza.
CIMB Bank Express is located at a prominent space on the ground floor mall of CIMB Plaza, an extension of the bank’s branch on level three.
Victor Lee Meng Teck, CEO of CIMB Singapore, said: “We want to bring a new and immersive banking experience to Singaporeans like never before. As part of digitalising the banking experience, we want to make banking not just convenient but also fun and enjoyable.”
Complementing the omnichannel experience that customers are currently enjoying through its branch, online and mobile banking channels, CIMB Bank Express emphasises on creating an engaging and immersive experience with the use of chatbots, anamorphic displays and interactive table-top screens to support self-service banking, products demonstration and account application. Customers and non-customers can also try their hands at exciting games, with prizes to be won.
“As a challenger bank pivoting our digital transformation initiatives to meet changing consumer needs, CIMB Bank Express will serve as a key platform for us to test and learn from these initiatives, supporting CIMB’s ambitious growth agenda in the country.
