Best Mobile Banking is Kasikornbank’s K PLUS

  • The winning bank has a mobile application with over 20 million users, and has been continuously developed to offer and ensure reliable, secured, and lively self-service experience. The bank also enhanced its K PLUS system capacity and efficiency to support the growing mobile customers. 
  • As part of the development of last year's "Open Banking Platform", the winning bank has extended the payment service nationally and internationally. Collaboration with major partners allows K PLUS users to conduct transactions outside of Thailand Customers.
  • The number of end users grew by 17% from 17.1 million in 2021 to 20.0 million in 2022. The number of financial transactions, meanwhile, reached about 7,471 million in 2022, up by 39% from the previous year
