The bank launched “HSBC Identify” to facilitate a secure and more seamless customer onboarding experience

HSBC endeavoured to enhance customer experience by innovation and digitalisation. The bank launched “HSBC Identify”, a selfie-based identification tool, to allow customers to handily complete the verification process using their smartphones. This streamlined the document uploading and filing process for online account opening.
