SIBOS 2012 emphasises community theme
Bankers from around the world gather to discuss the challenges and opportunities of tomorrow at SIBOS 2012.

Community is the big theme of this year SIBOS meeting in Osaka, Japan, which took place from 29th October to 1st November 2012. With more than 6,200 registered delegates and over 175 exhibitors present, this was the largest ever SIBOS meeting in Asia. Newly appointed SWIFT chief executive officer, Gottfried Leibbrandt enthused that this year's meeting as compared to the previous years' meetings after the global financial crisis was clearly marked and energised by a sense of action as the community of transaction bankers from across the world came together to meet the challenges of regulations…
