Sibos 2013 is just about to get underway, with this year’s conference set to be held in Dubai between the 16-19th of September. Each year, Sibos provides a platform for transaction banking leaders, as well as regulatory authorities and technology partners to assess the industry over the past year. Lately, Sibos has seen a greater focus on customer centricity, as well as a reinvention of market infrastructures.

With the global economy’s increasing focus on Asia as the next growth platform, the transaction banking industry has developed to support it, as Singapore rapidly matures as a transaction hub for the ASEAN region. Given the fundamental changes in trade patterns and how transaction banks respond to heightened demands from their clients, Sibos 2013 attendees will be looking to gain significant insights, as well as a precise feel of the industry moving forwards.
