This year, approximately 30,000 employees from 581 companies in Vietnam responded to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey. MBBank is among the few banks to receive the award. The survey’s results showed that MBBank’s average score for the three criteria, i.e. Collective Organisation for Real Engagement (Core); Heart, Mind, and Soul (Self); and Think, Feel, and Do (Group), is significantly higher compared with the market average. In addition, the bank is highly appreciated for its resilience and efforts in 1rioritizing employee experience despite navigating uncertainties amid the pandemic.

In 2020, MBBank is among the first banks in Vietnam to put a paperless office system into operation. Most documents are submitted, processed, and approved via the electronic office system.
