Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBBank) has been named among the Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2021 by HR Asia, Asia’s leading HR magazine, for the first time.

This year, approximately 30,000 employees from 581 companies in Vietnam responded to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) survey, HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey. MBBank is among the few banks to receive the award. The survey’s results showed that MBBank’s average score for the three criteria, i.e. Collective Organisation for Real Engagement (Core); Heart, Mind, and Soul (Self); and Think, Feel, and Do (Group), is significantly higher compared with the market average. In addition, the bank is highly appreciated for its resilience and efforts in 1rioritizing employee experience despite navigating uncertainties amid the pandemic.

Sharing her thoughts on the award, Dang Minh Huyen, MBBank’s director of human resources, said, “Making HR digital transformation for the future lies at the heart of MBBank’s journey to become a leading digital bank in the region. Our digitally driven environment stimulates ‘The new way of thinking, the new way of working, and the new way of leading’, giving MBers opportunities to break the limits and achieve breakthroughs together”.

The bank has succeeded in promoting digital transformation in business activities and offered convenient experiences for customers through a series of digital products and services.
