Mobile banking shifting priorities from transactional to interactional services

The Asian Banker Excellence in International Retail Financial Services Awards 2013 is in its last leg of assessment and results will be mailed to top banks in the coming days. With regard to the product awards, banks from Asia Pacific, Middle East, Central Asia and Africa sent more than 214 submissions, exceeding last year’s by 18.
