Cloud computing and Big Data to underline financial technology development going forward

Nomura Research Institute (NRI), a Japanese financial IT consulting and system solution company, is looking to further expand its footprint in Asia. In August 2012, NRI locally incorporated its three overseas branches in Seoul, Taipei and Manila and moved them under its wholly owned subsidiary, NRI Asia Pacific (NRI APAC, headquartered in Singapore). The latter’s capital will be increased to reinforce its core function in the Asian region.
