November 6th 2012 – Lloyds Banking Group has announced the appointment of Robin Bulloch as Managing Director of Bank of Scotland Community Bank. Reporting to Alison Brittain, Group Director Retail Division, Robin will be responsible for Bank of Scotland’s 295-strong branch network.

Robin will also become the Deputy Chair of the Group’s Scottish Executive Committee and will be based in Edinburgh. He will move on from his current role as Managing Director, General Insurance from 1 January 2013. A successor will be announced in due course.

Alison Brittain, Group Director of Retail, said: “Bank of Scotland has a long, proud history of serving customers in Scotland and I am delighted that Robin will be leading the business going forward. He will also be a great ambassador for the Group in his new role as Deputy Chair of the Scottish
Executive Committee.”

Robin Bulloch said: “I am delighted to be able to play such an important role in helping Bank of Scotland become Scotland’s best bank for customers. Scotland is a major focus for Lloyds Banking Group and I look forward to working with the Scottish Executive Committee to ensure we continue to support Scotland’s economy and communities."

Robin’s appointment is subject to FSA approval.
