“I am proud to have been asked to become CEO of a company that can so fundamentally change an entire industry,” said Per Sunnemark, new CEO, Nyx Security. “Nyx Security is an innovative and well-managed company with talented employees and stable long-term owners that it will be a pleasure to lead.”
“Nyx Security has a unique offering, and I see a clear potential for rapid growth in a market that demands new and innovative security solutions.”
Nyx Security's founder and former CEO, Andreas Johansson Österberg, will remain in the company as a Director of the Board and as big shareholder. He will work actively with Nyx's continued expansion.
Fast-growing Nyx Security was named Sweden’s ”Security Company of the Year 2012” for its innovative security solutions for real time camera surveillance. The jury’s motivation read: “Nyx Security is an innovative and modern company that is working hard to make its mark and challenge a conservative industry with new concepts. It is driving industry trends and aims to become a global player to be reckoned with.”
