Juan Bustios appointed BPC Latin America sales head

Amsterdam, August 1st 2013 - BPC Banking Technologies, the leading provider of Open System payment solutions for the global financial industry, announces the appointment of Juan Bustios as SVP, BPC Latin America Sales. He will be focused on driving and strengthening the company’s business across Caribbean, Central and South America.

Juan brings over 25 years’ experience in payment market, IT-solutions for financial industry. Starting from 1986 he was responsible for opening new markets as Country Sales Director-Mexico at Wang Laboratories. Later he joined Compaq as the Financial Industry Sales Manager-Florida to fulfill the Company’s sales strategy for Central America, the Caribbean, Peru, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Uruguay and Paraguay.

He has been acting as LatAm General Manager at Mosaic Software Corp (acquired later by S1 Corporation, later by ACI Worldwide) and has been managing and promoting direct and cross-sales of software for Latin America for more than 10 years. He built the Company’s regional business from scratch, expanding the Company’s presence to 11 countries and significantly raising the number of clients.
