Indosuez Wealth Management in Asia strengthens real estate offering
Indosuez Wealth Management in Asia, the global wealth management brand of Crédit Agricole Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Lau as Head of Real Estate, Asia.
Justin’s appointment is part of Indosuez Wealth Management’s continuing efforts to enhance its product and service offerings for clients in the region. Covering Southeast Asia and North Asia markets, Justin will shape Indosuez Wealth Management’s strategy for real estate products and services.
Indosuez Wealth Management’s Asia Chief Executive Officer and Singapore Branch Manager, Pierre Masclet said: “Justin’s appointment underlines our commitment to Asia where property investments continue to be a favoured investment theme among our clients. Indeed, the real estate sector is a major pillar of the economies of Hong Kong and Singapore, our two key markets.
“With Justin’s experience in structuring property financings, we will add value to our offerings to clients.”
Justin brings with him a wealth of experience in the real estate sector, having spent his career in structuring the financing of property investments and developments across major real estate asset classes.
Prior to joining Indosuez, Justin was senior relationship manager in corporate banking at Maybank where his expansive portfolio included working with some of Singapore’s largest family-owned property firms, listed companies, REITS, and Chinese state-owned enterprises.
Prior to Maybank, Justin covered real estate financing for real estate investments and developments at Mizuho and UOB.
Justin has a Master of Business Administration, majoring in Finance, from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also has a BSc (Hons) in Urban Estate Management from Kingston University.
Justin reports to Julien Collin, Head of Markets, Investments and Structuring, Singapore.
