BTMU announces Neemrana branch opening in India

Tokyo, November 19th 2012 – The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. (“BTMU”) (President: Nobuyuki Hirano) is pleased to announce that BTMU opened its Neemrana Branch in Rajasthan, India on 19 November 2012 which commenced business on the same date.

Neemrana, which is located about 120km southwest from Delhi, is in industrial area along National Highway 8 where development of infrastructure is on the move under the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor Project. Neemrana is near the center of a group of industrial parks and many Japanese companies have invested in this region, especially those related to automobile industries.

With the addition of this Neemrana Branch, BTMU has 4 branches (New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, and Neemrana) in India. We will continue to exploit this network fully and improve our financial services in order to respond to the needs of our customers operating in India.
